Operating principle
Water AERATION method: unpurified water flows through the aeration tank, where it is mixed with air, and oxidizes the iron and manganese into solid particles. The solid particles are accumulated in the filter tank and then washed in the sewers.
Filtration materials: layer of PIROLOX or BIRM and layer of various fraction quartz sand grains (0.2 mm - 5mm).
Filters are equipped with automatic operating control unit. The control unit is modular – in case of defect you do not need to change the whole block, it is enough to replace one of the modules. It is possible to add a water flow meter, which allows to program more precisely the cleaning intervals, to save amount of rinse water and to prolong equipment's life.
Filters can be rinsed both in manual and automatic mode.
