Maintenance tasks of water deferrizating station:

1. Water quality check with the mobile testing device.
2. Manual and visual diagnostics of station's equipment.
3. Disconnection of station's equipment from the pipeline system.
4. Full disassembling of the control mechanism into the ingredients.
5. Cleaning of control mechanism's disassembled ingredients by cleansing agents.
6. Completion of control mechanism using special silicones and greases.
7. Adjustment, programming of control mechanism (individually for each customer, according to the parameters of water analysis, specifications of existing equipment and the necessary customer requirements).
8. Visual inspection of the filling of filtering tank (sometimes it allows to determine the quality of the filling).
9. Loosening of the filling of filtering tank by high pressure air compressor together with countercurrent rinsing in full power.
10. Reassembling of all the equipment and connecting it back to the pipeline system.
11. Turning the station in working mode (full manual check of station's rinsing cycles, inspection of the strengthenings of wastewater pipelines).
12. Acceptance-transfer of the executed maintenance works.
13. Consultations on the use of equipment.
14. Water sampling and delivery to the laboratory for chemical analysis.
